A New Chapter for Good Friends Bakery
📢 Big News, Good Friends!
From the very beginning, Good Friends Bakery has had a clear vision: to bring fresh, high-quality gluten-free bread to New England, a region that lacks dedicated options for the celiac community.
Since launching in 2024, we've worked tirelessly (sometimes baking from 9 PM to 4 AM!) to serve the Manchester and Nashua markets, secure spots in local restaurants and A Market, and build a loyal customer base.
Now, it's time for the next step.
What’s Happening?
Our temporary baking arrangement at Bite Me Kupcakes has been an incredible opportunity, allowing us to test the market, gather feedback, and grow a strong foundation. But from the start, this was always meant to be a short-term stepping stone.
So, as of January 1, 2025, we are pausing production — not to slow down, but to focus 100% on securing the funding needed to open our own dedicated bakery.
This Is Not Goodbye — It’s Just the Next Step
Our journey started with a simple question: What if we helped fix the gluten-free food desert instead of avoiding it?That question still drives us today.
We’re more committed than ever to bringing Good Friends Bakery back — bigger, better, and ready to serve the entire region.
